If you’d prefer to meet with one of our providers first to explore your options, we’d love to welcome you in for a one-on-one consultation. First-time visits often include a treatment the same day if you’re ready.
Whether you’re a seasoned aesthetic client or brand new to this world, we’re here to make the process simple, comfortable, and empowering.
Your Visit Guide
Some treatments, such as injectables, can occasionally cause bruising, but there are a few ways to minimize that:
- Stay hydrated—drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment
- Pineapple (fresh or frozen) can help with swelling and bruising
- Arnica tablets, taken a couple of days before and after treatment, may reduce bruising (available at most pharmacies)
- Avoid alcohol for at least 48 hours before your appointment
- Avoid aspirin and ibuprofen for 10–14 days prior, unless otherwise advised by your doctor

Please try to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. When you step into Hourglass Aesthetics & Wellness, you’ll be greeted by a friendly face and a calm, comfortable space. Check-in is quick, and we’ll take care of everything else from there.
During Your Visit
From the moment you walk through our doors, your comfort is our priority.
We offer complimentary water, coffee, and light snacks so you can relax and settle in before your treatment. Need a phone charger? Just ask. Chilly? We’ve got cozy blankets. Your time here is meant to feel like a little escape from the everyday.
If your treatment includes numbing, we’ll make sure you’re relaxed and at ease during the process.
After your treatment, we’ll walk you through all post-care instructions and make sure you leave confident in what to expect next. You’ll also go home with any essentials you might need for recovery—like skincare products, ice packs, or aftercare guides—depending on your service.
While we don’t currently make follow-up calls the next day, you’re always welcome (and encouraged!) to reach out with any questions. You can call or email us anytime—we’re here for you.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely will incur a $75 fee.
