Elizabeth Hourigan is a Southern American entrepreneur, a mother of three, a wife, and a pioneer in enhancing self-esteem through the intersection of beauty and science. With a competitive spirit and a strong business acumen, Elizabeth has achieved significant milestones, including national collegiate dance team titles, a master’s in business administration, leadership as an NFL Cheerleading captain, co-hosting a local entertainment television show, MLB baseball marketing experience, and numerous national awards in aesthetic medical device sales, marketing management, and branding. Her expertise and vision led to the founding of Hourglass Aesthetics & Wellness, the most prestigious and luxurious boutique medical spa in Lexington, KY.

Affiliated with top medical institutions like the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Hospital and Lexington VA Medical Center, Dr. Hourigan’s practice goes beyond traditional medicine to focus on enhancing both physical appearance and overall well-being. His expertise in advanced procedures, combined with a commitment to holistic care, ensures that each patient receives comprehensive, personalized treatments aimed at achieving their aesthetic and wellness goals.

Maressa Coley, APRN, FNP-BC is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized wellness, concierge medicine, hormone optimization, and longevity-focused care. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centered treatment that emphasizes prevention, metabolic health, and helping patients feel their best at every stage of life.
Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Maressa served as a Charge Nurse on an oncology unit, where she developed strong clinical expertise and a deep commitment to compassionate, individualized care. She is Advanced Certified in Menopause & Andropause Hormone Therapy through Worldlink Medical and is EvexiPEL® Certified, BHRT Certified, Double Peptide Certified through Evexias Health Solutions, and SSRP Certified, allowing her to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and healthy aging.
Known for her compassionate approach and attentive listening, Maressa believes exceptional healthcare begins with understanding each patient’s unique goals. She works closely with every individual to develop personalized treatment plans that support lasting wellness, vitality, and an improved quality of life.
